The previous signage for the estate was dated and in bad state of repair, and so working with the trustees of the complex, a new design was created - sophisticated in its style yet aligned with the existing appearance of the estate.
A new colour palette, that worked in synergy with the existing house paint colours was identified and married together with a modern yet classic typeface. Material usage was considered extensively and chosen for longevity. The design was rolled out across all touch points, included signage, wayfinding, and house numbers.
